Acadia National Park · Maine

Rocky Atlantic coastline, granite mountains, and quiet lakes make Acadia an easy park to love with kids. The Park Loop Road strings together stops like Sand Beach, Jordan Pond, and the Ocean Path, and the car-free carriage roads are great for family bike rides and stroller walks. Start at the Hulls Cove Visitor Center for maps and ranger program times; most park services run from late spring through fall.

Hours, roads, and programs change with the seasons. Check current conditions on the official Acadia National Park website before you go.
