Mammoth Cave National Park · Kentucky

Mammoth Cave is the world's longest known cave system, set in the rolling hills of south-central Kentucky. Ranger-guided cave tours range from short and easy to long and strenuous, so pick one that fits your kids, and buy tickets ahead because tickets are required to enter the cave. Above ground, there are short trails and picnic spots near the visitor center.

Hours, roads, and programs change with the seasons. Check current conditions on the official Mammoth Cave National Park website before you go.
