Zion National Park · Utah
Zion has towering sandstone cliffs, a river canyon, and narrow slot canyons. In season, a free shuttle carries visitors up Zion Canyon, and the paved Pa'rus Trail and Riverside Walk are easy, stroller-friendly options for kids. Summers are hot and flash floods are a real risk in narrow canyons, so check the forecast and conditions at the visitor center.
Hours, roads, and programs change with the seasons. Check current conditions on the official Zion National Park website before you go.
