About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Wild Base Family at wildbasefamily.com. Questions about an order should be sent to hello@wildbasefamily.com. The terms and policies in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase.
Who may order
Purchases must be made by an adult who is legally able to enter into an agreement and is authorized to use the chosen payment method. Use an adult’s name and contact details for ordering and delivery. Do not include children’s personal information in order notes or other content sent with an order.
Made-to-order products
Our physical shop products are made to order. Please check the product description, measurements, size, color, design and quantity before paying. Screen colors and product mockups can differ slightly from a finished item, but this does not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description.
We will not make a material substitution to the product you ordered without your agreement. If the ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you about an available option or cancellation and refund. You do not have to accept a substitute.
Prices, payment and order issues
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you pay. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. We will not increase the total you authorized without your agreement.
If a pricing, availability or processing error affects an order, we will contact you before making a material change. If we cannot fulfill an order or the affected part of it, we will cancel and refund the corresponding payment, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, as required by law.
Shipping, changes and returns
Our Shipping policy explains destinations, costs and timing. Our Returns and order issues policy explains cancellation requests, damaged or incorrect items, missing orders and the limits on change-of-mind, wrong-size and bulk-order returns. Please review it before purchasing. Nothing here changes that policy or removes remedies required by law.
Privacy and legal rights
Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits applicable consumer warranties or other rights provided by law. Changes to these terms apply to later purchases, not retroactively to an order already placed.
