Our website address is: https://wildbasefamily.com. Wild Base Family sells apparel online; prints are currently a waitlist only.
Contact and waitlist form
Our “prints coming soon” waitlist form collects an email address and an optional first name. Prints are not currently available for purchase; the waitlist is only so we can tell you if that changes. The form plugin we use (WPForms Lite) does not store form entries in the site database. A notification email copy of each submission may be generated by the site. Email is handled by our web host’s mail system. We use the details only to tell you when prints become available and to respond to you.
Orders and payment processing
When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and order details. Payments are processed by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe, and WooPay (WooCommerce’s express checkout) is enabled. Your payment details and related order information are shared with Stripe to process the payment, and we do not store full card numbers on this site. If you choose to use WooPay, WooPay can save your contact, address and payment information for future purchases at participating stores.
Order fulfillment
Products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. We share your name, shipping address, and order details (items ordered) with Printful so it can print and ship your order.
Email delivery
Order and form notification emails are sent from our site using the standard WordPress mail function (through the site’s web host), via the WP Mail SMTP plugin set to its default “PHP mail” option. No third-party email delivery provider is currently configured.
Analytics and marketing tools
The analytics plugin (MonsterInsights) and the pop-up/marketing plugin (OptinMonster) are installed but were not connected to any account when this policy was written. If this changes, we will update this policy.
Our store software, WooCommerce, has usage tracking enabled. It may send the site’s admin email address, store URL, store configuration and installed extension data to WooCommerce/Automattic. Learn more at https://woocommerce.com/usage-tracking/
Cookies
The site and store set cookies needed for the shopping cart, checkout, and, for site administrators, login.
How long we retain your data
We keep order records as needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
What rights you have over your data
You can ask us to send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you or to erase it, except where we must keep it for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To make a request, email hello@wildbasefamily.com.
